BioI am obsessed with music. It affects a great deal of my life. I'm particularly obsessed with Muse. I read about them, listen to them, watch videos of them on YouTube, I buy posters of them, I wear t-shirts of them, I just love them to bits and will defend them to any non-muser.
I spend a great deal of time on the internet trying to find new music (mainly through torrenting; shhh, don't tell anyone). I get pathetically excited if I'm getting really good new music.
I also get excited about tv series that keep you on the edge of your seat. I get excited about costume dramas, and you can hear me squee-ing frequently whenever I watch Pride & Prejudice and other such stuff.
I can play the flute to a degree, and I want to collect more instruments and teach myself how to play them (probably using the help of a manual).
I'm fairly insular and only come out of my shell if I know you well. I still keep a lot hidden away, which will maybe drive me crazy one day. Who knows? But hopefully, though the medium of LiveJournal, I can prevent that from happening.
